Am I looking for work on dev projects or Am I seeking others to work on dev projects?
Both. lol.

Am I looking to work on a dev project? Yes.

Currently,
although I also have privately begun several projects of my own, I am actually looking to be on a dev team of certain types of projects. Mostly I hope to be part of a team, even if its just 2 of us, to work on projects simular to those I am or plan to work on.
Why? Because:

• A team can do it quicker.
• A team can see something from differant view points.
• A team can brainstorm with others.
• Team members have differant talents in differant areas.

What type of projects? Well that depends. Look at my projects and planned projects below for an idea of what i may be interested in,... or contact me with your project.

What am I looking for in team members?
Depends upon the project. All are volunteer positions on the respective team.

Required Basic Traits:

• Some knowledge of php and/or sql, java-script,html,dhtml, etc.
• Ability to work on a team.
• Ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to work on a given task within time limits.

Helpful Traits:

• Project specific abilities or expertise.
• Ability to see whole picture or accept that you dont see the whole picture.
• Ability to troubleshoot in area of your expertise.
• Ability to make patches in the area of your expertise if assigned.

Unwanted Traits:
Ego. Please check it at the door. I have had to correct enough glitches made by egomatical paid professional coders to last many life times.


I have several projects in differant stages of development. Some are dependant or rather interdependant upon others.

My projects are mostly specific uses of php scripts utilizing sql dbs with javascript interfaces and html templating. some limited use of dhtml (often in just FAQ or Forum type places for the site).

These personal projects may go to a dev team later. Some are interdependant for development.
